A 2D plane becomes 3D (the illusion), there is slight of hand (technique), misdirection (composition and perspective), and of course the use of a lovely assistant (color).

Flower Riot!

Posted in Uncategorized on April 26, 2010 by angeljaneann

More flowers, I blame it on spring. This one is also sold. 12 X 16″ acrylic on canvas. Price was $125.

I am concerned that a lot of people want my art and are not able to pay the higher prices. To those who want my art I will be doing a series of greeting cards and smaller works.

I am currently finishing my last two weeks of college and once this happens I will be able to paint daily in a smaller format. I will be offering paintings in 6 X 6 inch formats, 8 X 10 inch, and 9 X 12. Please keep checking back to my site for these future changes. Starting May 9th!

Orange Shine

I just don’t know why I am so “obsessed” with flowers lately. I guess I can blame it on Spring.  Acyrlic 16 X 20. In person it is just as bright as it looks onscreen. When I put the finishing glaze on it really pops. price $150
